How long does shipping take?

All my orders are shipped via royal mail 2nd class, for UK orders this means around 3 days and for international friends, around a week! Super speedy, but if you need it faster just message and ill see what I can do for you.

Who are you and why so much pink?

Im Liv (she/her) ! I’m 22 and started my art nearly 2 years ago now after leaving veterinary! I have lots of pets including a dog, 2 rabbits and a budgie. My logo is actually based off my first rabbit, Smudge. I was lucky enough to have 14 happy years with him and it made sense for him to be included in my art venture.

Where are you based?

All my orders are shipped from the Midlands in the UK! All packed by me with lots of love and care, then handed to our lovely local post office to start your parcel’s journey!

Where do you ship to?

At the moment I may not ship to your country, this will be adjusted as soon as possible as i’m insured worldwide and just need to find the time to input everything into the site so will be starting with the biggest countries first. It’s just me working on the site and orders so I promise ill get round to everyone, it just might take a little time.

COVID-19 info

Please allow a little extra time for shipping due to COVID-19 delays. Royal mail have said an extra 3 days on top of normal estimates for UK is wise, and then an extra 2 weeks for international orders. If you’re ever worried about possible delays, just reach out on my contact page!

How eco-friendly are you?

Great question! Here at LC we use lots of recyclable, and sustainably sourced materials. I ship everything in cardboard boxes and I use jazzy pink tissue and paper confetti that I make myself in parcels, that can also be popped into the recycling! I also use biodegradable packing noodles in bigger orders! (yes like the ones from lush)

I also work very closely with a wonderful manufacturer that uses 100% recycled acrylic and ethically sourced wood for products coming to the site real soon!
